Instructions for "A Simple Way to Relax":
Sometimes I find that a complex meditation can serve to make me more stressed! I love the simple ones like this, and I often use it to ground myself before a session, or when I find myself needing to relax. Making time for this practice a few times a day can help you stay calm all day, and stop stress from building.
